THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COB LED STRIP AND CSP LED STRIP
Flexible COB LED Strip Light and Flexible CSP LED Strip Light are two different types of LED strip lights with distinct manufacturing processes.
Due to differences in production processes, COB LED strips typically use 25μm+25μm or 18μm+18μm double-sided flexible printed circuit boards (FPC) for their copper thickness. However, DENO's developed CSP (Chip Scale Package) technology incorporates built-in chip protection stents, ensuring flexibility and resistance to bending and folding. Additionally, in order to achieve higher brightness levels and enhance heat dissipation, our CSP LED strips require thicker FPC copper layers, such as 35μm+70μm or 35μm+105μm. So, With the built-in chip protection stents in the LED chips, there is no risk of quality issues even when using a thicker FPC.
The technical specifications of COB LED strip are not as advanced as CSP LED strip light. When selecting LED strip lights that suit specific application requirements, it is recommended to refer to the product specifications and detailed information provided by the manufacturer Deno Lighting to understand their features and advantages.

Our independently developed CSP Pro is capable of achieving Full Spectrum CSP LED strip lights, which is not feasible with COB LED strips due to limitations in the current market production processes. Additionally, our offers the advantage of minimal minimum order quantities.
